Customer service very nice but the aircond really not good been set timer auto close every two hours, and there is no fan no window. Got request to fix, fix third time still same so those four night i stay wake up every 2 hours and take out the room card and restart whole things ! Bc very hot cant tahan!

The hotel is quite old so the amenities are dated. The bed is not that comfy and floor also didn’t feel it’s properly clean before handing over the the room to us. It can do better.
